As we navigate the current challenges in our country, Essential Families remains steadfast in our dedication to our vision and mission. We are excited to share that we have identified and applied for several new funding opportunities, and we are expecting to receive funding for our Essential Economic Mobility Workshop by summer 2025.
These resources will help serve the 1,585 clients currently on our waitlist, as well as strengthen our programs—including the
Essential Economic Mobility Program (formerly the Essential Digital Opportunity Program), Essential Parenting, Essential Telehealth, and all 10 of our Workforce Development Pathways.
Through these combined efforts, we aim to bring Essential resources and support Wyandotte County and the Greater Kansas City area, and rural communities in both Kansas and Missouri.
