I am writing to give you an update on the Essential Digital Equity Program Primary/Mental Telehealth service, provided by Essential Families.

While developing software to release our Primary/Mental Telehealth service, Essential Families has been involved with the state of Missouri Digital Demonstration Project (DDP) from April 2023 through August 2023.  

The DDP was in partnership, and funded by the City of Kansas City, and was extremely successful.  Essential Families exceeded our commitment to the city of Kansas City, and the State of Missouri by 294%. 

That said, our Primary/Mental Telehealth service, is delayed because during the DDP, we identified several “critical components” in our Essential Digital Equity Program system, that must be enhanced before our Essential Digital Equity Program can scale the entire State of Missouri, Nevada, Vermont, and other states, requesting our Essential Digital Equity Program. 

Today, with 645 clients on our waitlist, 87% (559) of them are requesting our Mental Telehealth services. 

Over the next few weeks, we will send clients and an email and text notification to register for Mental Telehealth services.
